Refunds (if applicable)

LaMonique Cosmetics does not offer refunds on opened or used items. If your item was damaged during the delivery process, the purchaser may choose to return the item at their own cost. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit, including returned postage will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three to five business days depending on your banking institution.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please make sure to check your bank account again.

If the refund was not processed, we suggest you contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
